Our One Bedroom, One Bath Condo has just been totally refurbished from Head to Toe to give our visitors the best of the best. Everything in the condo is all new from the New Wood Floors, Kitchen Cabinets to the Bathroom and all the Furniture. The furniture is first class, boasting Brown leather sofas, one has a Queen size pull out bed for those unexpected guests. Flat Screen TV with built in DVD player. In the master there is a King size leather sleigh bed. And it also has a flat screen TV and Retro CD/Clock Radio for added enjoyment. The Kitchen as all new Stainless appliances and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.
The condo is situated close to one of the pools and overlooks the canal which has an abundance of wild life from birds to aligators.
There is also a shared Gas Grill for everyone to enjoy. Also there is a laundry room with washers and dryers.
On site there are two swimming pools one is heated year round and the other is Olympic sized. His and Hers Sauna’s. Tennis Court, Shuffle Board.
From January to the end of April everyone comes together visitors from all over from up North and from across the seas. There are pool parties, Picnic’s, Golf Tournaments, Tennis and Shuffle Board competitions so if you are looking for a mature atmosphere or even if you just want a relaxing vacation the choice is yours.
The Condo is situated on the lovely Rotonda West, which boasts some of the best Golf Courses around. Yet at the same time, there is something for all the family to enjoy. The beach is just 10 minutes away and Busch Gardens just 90 minutes away. For those of you who love to shop, there are an abundance of centers to visit.
We also have a golf package available. Rotonda has 81 Holes to choose from that challenge all skill levels. Rotonda has been awarded a "Beginner Friendly Certification" from the National Golf Course Owners Association as well as the Charlotte Sun Herald's Reader's choice award for being the best course in Charlotte County. The courses are great. All courses are all close to the Condo’s and that’s what makes Rotonda number one for Golf in the area. You can choose to play at The Hills. The Palms. The Links and Long Marsh. Challenging, well maintained fairways that provide a new golfing experience with every round.
